Friends Who Like to Do Things - Fun Run/Walk 2026
The second annual Fun Run/Walk is co-hosted by Between Friends and Girls Who Like to Do Things at Between Friends Camp Bonaventure - Sandy Beach, 1215 50 Ave SW, Calgary, AB T2T 2V8. The event brings together participants and spectators for a community morning of activity and social connection.
A course is planned but to be confirmed. The announced running option is 5 km. Organizers are developing a "Runner's Village" featuring free samples, snacks, and additional on-site offerings to create a gathering area near the course.
There is no potable water on site; participants should bring sufficient water. Some bottled water will be available. Donations are encouraged and proceeds will be matched up to 50% through Rogers Birdies for Kids presented by AltaLink.
