Course and requirements

Both circuits are run simultaneously in a clockwise direction. The 11 km circuit passes Wineglass Bay and Hazards Beach. Compulsory equipment for the 29 km loop includes a thermal top, a space blanket, water (bladder or drink bottle), food (for example an energy bar or gel), a head torch, a phone and a roller bandage. A waterproof top and additional warm clothes such as a beanie and gloves are suggested. Walkers are not accepted on the 29 km circuit. Entrants for the 29 km run must provide evidence of the ability to complete the course in under 5:30 hours. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
