Event overview
The Freedom 4 Miler TEQUESTA is scheduled for Saturday, July 4, 2026 in Tequesta, FL. The main venue is Constitution Park at 594 Dover Road. The 4 mile course is chip timed and runs through the Village of Tequesta and Tequesta Country Club, with the start located on Dover Road behind Tequesta First Baptist Church. All proceeds benefit surviving family members of fallen soldiers and the event supports BelieveWithMe.com’s Gold Star Christmas project, which provides gifts for 2,500 children. An after party at Constitution Park includes food, an auction, and an awards ceremony.

Entry, awards and logistics
Short sleeve Sport Tek shirts and custom finisher medals are guaranteed for the first 1,200 registrants. Overall and masters winners receive Engel coolers; age-group awards are Engel tumblers awarded three deep in five-year age groups. Ruck participants must supply their own gear; recommended weights are 25 lbs for women and 35 lbs for men. Parking is free. There are no refunds and race bibs may not be transferred.
