Freedom 4 Miler TEQUESTA
Freedom 4 Miler TEQUESTA takes place on July 4, 2026 at Constitution Park in Tequesta, FL. The event is hosted by the nonprofit Believe With Me and all proceeds directly benefit families of fallen soldiers, often called Gold Star Families.
Events at the gathering include:
- 4 Miler Run/Walk, four mile distance at Constitution Park.
- 4 Miler Run/Walk Student, open to ages 1 to 21.
- 4 Miler Ruck Division, four mile ruck option.
- Adult 1 Mile Fun Run, one mile distance.
- Little Patriot's 1 Mile Run, open to ages 5 to 12.
- Cadet Cupcake Dash, open to ages 1 to 4, no virtual option.
- Virtual Race 4 Miler, remote participation option.
- Sponsor a Gold Star Child at Christmas + Race Registration, combined sponsorship and registration option.
Believe With Me uses race proceeds for Christmas gifts, financial aid, student-led initiatives and housing projects for families of the fallen. The organizer notes a special "Christmas in July" toy drive and a stated goal to purchase gifts for more than 2,500 children of fallen soldiers. The event is presented by sponsors and includes kids events, race tech t shirts, finisher medals, Engel Coolers and Engel cups for awards, and food offerings such as Bolay and IHOP pancakes.
