Fox Heritage Run
The Fox Heritage Run on May 2, 2026 takes place in Kaukauna, Wisconsin, and links Kaukauna and Little Chute along the Fox River and the Nelson Family Heritage Crossing.
Distances include:
- 8K (about 4.97 miles)
- 8K virtual option
- 1K Kids Run (about 0.62 miles)
- 0.5K Kids Run (about 0.31 miles)
The course starts in downtown Kaukauna, follows the Fox River, crosses into Little Chute via the Nelson Family Heritage Crossing, includes portions of Heesakker Park trails, a few road miles in Little Chute and Kaukauna, and returns to downtown Kaukauna. The total elevation gain on the 8K is 103 feet.
Race services and features include two water stations on course, medical support at the start and finish areas, chip timing, awards for the top three overall male and female finishers, and finisher medals for the 8K and Kids Run. Organizers plan unique race swag.
Packet pickup is at the Kaukauna Municipal Services Building parking lot (tent behind Pizza Hut). Packet pickup times are Friday from 4:00 to 7:00 pm and Saturday from 6:00 to 7:30 am. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
