Four on the 4th - York, Maine
York Parks & Recreation and York Rotary organize the 47th annual Four on the 4th, a road race event held in York, Maine at 1 Robert Stevens Drive. The event includes a main 4 mile race and a separate 1 mile walk/run called "1 for Fun" held during early bib pick up.

Registration opens on February 1, 2026 and closes on July 1, 2026 at 11:59pm or when the field is filled. The event is limited to 1,000 participants. Registration fees are $40 for the 4 mile race and $12 for the 1 mile walk/run. Participants who register for the 4 mile race receive free entry to the 1 mile walk/run.
Shirt policies and pickup: registrants by June 1 are guaranteed a race shirt; shirts after that date are distributed while supplies last. Registrants for the 1 mile event who sign up by May 31 are guaranteed a "1 for Fun" shirt. Bib and shirt pick up is available on the morning of the race at York High School, and early pick up is available at York High School on July 3. No day of registration is available.
