Forge & Freedom 5K
The Forge & Freedom 5K is a community running event hosted by The Foundry in Cave Springs, Arkansas, on October 3, 2026. The course distance is 5K and the event takes place at 115 N. Main St., Cave Springs, AR 72718.

Registration opens July 17, 2026 at 09:00 and closes October 1, 2026 at 01:00; the registration fee is $35.00.
Every registered participant receives a custom-designed, premium-quality Forge & Freedom 5K race shirt created exclusively for the event. After the run there are complimentary post-race refreshments for participants and an opportunity for attendees to remain and gather with others from the community.
