For Your Health 5K and Wellness Event
The For Your Health 5K and Wellness Event takes place at Seneca Hill Manor in Minetto, New York. This 11th annual community gathering combines competitive and recreational athletic events with a wellness fair featuring local vendors, community partners, and health resources.
Participants can choose from several event categories:
- 5k Run
- 5k Walk
- 5k Virtual Run/Walk
- Kids Fun Run
The event includes an awards ceremony for the top three overall male and female finishers in the 5k race, as well as the top three finishers in each age category. There are also specific prizes awarded for the best individual costume, the best team costumes, and the best decorated stroller or wheelchair.
The race route is located around Morgan Manor Drive in Oswego. Packet pick up is available the day before the event at the Oswego Health Foundation Office on West 6th Street. For those who do not register in advance, same day registration is available on-site. Participants who register by July 22nd are included in the deadline for event T-shirts.
