For Your Health 5K and Wellness Event
The For Your Health 5K and Wellness Event is the 11th annual community wellness event held on August 8, 2026, at Seneca Hill Manor in Minetto / Oswego, NY. The program includes in-person and virtual options and a separate kids fun run. Local vendors, community partners, and health and wellness resources are present alongside the races.

Awards are presented to the top three overall male and female 5K finishers and to the top three male and female finishers in each age group. Additional prizes recognize the best individual costume, best team costumes, and best decorated stroller or wheelchair. A race packet pick up is scheduled for August 7 at the Oswego Health Foundation Office, 127 W. 6th Street, Oswego, NY. Same-day registration is available. The t-shirt deadline is Wednesday, July 22. Registration fees for the 5K categories and the virtual option are listed as $34.09; the Kids Fun Run is free.
