For Your Health 5K and Wellness Event
The For Your Health 5K and Wellness Event is the 11th annual community race and health fair held at Seneca Hill Manor in Minetto/Oswego, New York on August 8, 2026. The event combines organized 5K options with a kids fun run and an on-site wellness area featuring local vendors, community partners, and health resources.
Race and participation categories include:
- 5K Run
- 5K Walk (MUST WALK)
- 5K Virtual Run/Walk
- Kids Fun Run (free)
Entry fees for the in-person and virtual 5K categories are listed at $34.09. The t-shirt deadline is Wednesday, July 22. Race packet pickup is scheduled for August 7 from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm at the Oswego Health Foundation Office, 127 W. 6th Street, Oswego, NY. Same-day registration will be available the morning of the event.
Awards are presented to the top three overall male and female 5K finishers and to the top three male and female finishers in each age group. Additional prizes are given for best individual costume, best team costumes, and best decorated stroller or wheelchair. The Kids Fun Run is sponsored by Novelis.
