For Your Health 5K and Wellness Event
The For Your Health 5K and Wellness Event is the 11th annual community wellness event taking place on August 8, 2026 at Seneca Hill Manor in Minetto / Oswego, New York. The program includes a 5K run, a 5K walk, a virtual 5K option, and a Kids Fun Run. The event features local vendors, community partners, and health and wellness resources. Awards are presented to the top three overall male and female 5K finishers and to the top three male and female finishers in each age group. Additional prizes are given for best individual costume, best team costumes, and best decorated stroller or wheelchair.
Event logistics include race packet pickup on August 7 at the Oswego Health Foundation Office, 127 W. 6th Street, Oswego, NY, and same-day registration availability. The T-shirt deadline is Wednesday, July 22. Registration fees listed for the main 5K categories and the virtual 5K are $34.09; the Kids Fun Run is free. The Kids Fun Run sponsor is Novelis.
