For Your Health 5K and Wellness Event
The For Your Health 5K and Wellness Event is the 11th annual community race and wellness gathering held in Oswego, New York on August 8, 2026. The event takes place at Seneca Hill Manor in Minetto and includes in-person and virtual participation options, plus a kids fun run.
The morning features local vendors, community partners, and health and wellness resources. Awards are presented to the top three overall male and female 5K finishers and to the top three male and female finishers in each age group. Additional prizes are given for best individual costume, best team costumes, and best decorated stroller or wheelchair.
Race packet pick up is scheduled for August 7 at the Oswego Health Foundation office, 127 W. 6th Street, Oswego, NY. A t-shirt registration deadline is listed as Wednesday, July 22. Same day registration is available on the day of the event.
Registration categories and fee information are published for the in-person 5k run, a 5k walk with a must walk designation, a 5k virtual run or walk option, and the free kids fun run.
