Fools Trail Race - Peninsula, OH
Fools is a trail running event held at Camp Manatoc in Peninsula, Ohio. The event offers multiple supported distances within the Ohio Endurance Series and welcomes hikers. The course runs almost entirely on trail with only a road crossing or two. Terrain includes wide open trail sections, twisting singletrack, and several notable hills.
A full stocked aid station is available on course. Participants may reserve a personal 10 by 10 area to manage their own supplies during the event. Event swag includes a triblend tee and a finisher medal.
Awards are presented for the top three overall male and female finishers and for top three male and female finishers in five year age groups from 19 and under through 70 and over. Donations from the event benefit Camp Manatoc, home of the Great Trail Council, Boy Scouts of America.
