Event overview
The Folkestone Coastal 10k is organised by Nice Work Race Management and takes place on the seafront in Folkestone, Kent. The main race is a 10k on a promenade path with a flat course and no roads. A junior race is also held for ages 15 years and under; this junior event is approximately 600 m, is not chip timed, and awards a medal. An elite wave will return for 2026 with qualification times of 36 minutes for men and 40 minutes for women.

Practical information
Race entries can be purchased as standard or as a CHARITY ticket, which adds a £5 donation to The Sports Trust. What is included for entrants: a bespoke medal, a junior medal, trophies and prizes for leading runners, and a cash prize of £150 for first male and female, sponsored by SAGA. On-the-day entry fees (subject to availability) are listed as £32 for the 10k and £5 for the junior run. Detailed route maps and GPX files are available for download.
The event site is on Folkestone seafront near the Leas Cliff Lift lower station. Parking is available along the harbour and in Folkestone town; road signs and local parking restrictions apply.
