Folkestone Coastal 10k
The Folkestone Coastal 10k is a seaside road event held at Coastal Park, near Leas Cliff Lift lower station, Folkestone, Kent CT20 1PS. The main route runs on the promenade path with no roads and is described as flat and suitable for fast times. The course is an out-and-back layout that offers seaside views and has been used for Kent Grand Prix scoring.
The event offers an elite wave with set qualification times: men 36 minutes and women 40 minutes. There is a separate junior race for participants aged 15 years and under; the junior distance is approximately 600 m and is not chip timed.

Entries marked as CHARITY include an additional £5 donation to The Sports Trust, a not-for-profit organisation that works to remove barriers to sports participation. Included for finishers and participants are bespoke medals, a junior medal, trophies and prizes for leading runners, and a cash prize of £150 for first male and first female, sponsored by SAGA. On-the-day entry fees listed in the event information are £32 for the 10k and £5 for the junior run. Event information is sent to registered entrants prior to race day.
