Foam Glow Chicago 2026
Foam Glow 5K at SeatGeek Stadium in Bridgeview, IL is a 3 mile evening run that uses glowing foam and black lights along the course. The route includes multiple Foam Glow Zones where participants pass through colored foam in orange, pink, or blue that glows under high intensity black lights. Organizers state all foam products are 100% natural and non-toxic.
Every registered participant receives an event T-shirt and will encounter foam at the Glow Zones. Runners and walkers start the course wearing a white T-shirt to maximize the glow effect. Race bibs must be attached to the front of the shirt and participants may not be allowed on course without a bib.
Event logistics include packet pickup before the race with a photo ID required. Same day packet pickup and race day check in is available for an additional $5 cash fee. Pre-ordered merchandise must be collected by race start or at packet pickup; unclaimed items will be forfeited. Parking is available for up to $20 cash. There is no bag check on site.
Additional event features include a pre-race party beginning 45 minutes before the race, a post-race Foam Glow after party with music and scheduled foam cannon blasts near the stage, water stations on course and at the finish, and free spectator viewing areas on both sides of the start and finish.
