The 5K Foam Fest - West Melbourne
The 5K Foam Fest at 64 Garrards Ln, Myrniong on 23 January 2027 is a 5 kilometre obstacle-course fun run with over 25 obstacles. The course includes mud pits, an inflatable waterslide, and a large volume of foam reported as 2.5 million cubic feet. A festival area runs alongside the course with music, food vendors, local stalls and a beer garden.
Participation is open to people aged 7 and up. Children aged 7 to 12 must run with a registered adult; participants aged 13 to 17 do not require an adult chaperone but must follow course rules. Children 6 years and under cannot run the 5K but may use the free Kids Fun Zone under adult supervision. All participants or their legal guardians must approve and sign the event waiver; the organiser notes that the activity carries risks of injury or death.
The event offers corporate and group rates for groups of 10 or more. Entries are non refundable, though transfers are available.
