The 5K Foam Fest - Brisbane 2027

The 5K Foam Fest is an obstacle course fun run held at Sirromet Winery in Mount Cotton, Queensland. The event takes place over two days and features a course with over 25 different obstacles. Participants encounter various elements throughout the route, including mud pits, 2.5 million cubic feet of foam, and an inflatable waterslide.

The event is open to participants aged 7 and older. For children between the ages of 7 and 12, a registered adult must accompany them on the course. While the 5k course is restricted to those 7 and up, children aged 6 and under have access to a dedicated kids zone featuring a mini inflatable obstacle course and bounce house. All obstacles on the main course are optional, and participants are permitted to complete the course at their own pace by walking or running.

The festival area includes several amenities for participants and spectators. Facilities such as water stations, shower stations, and change rooms are provided on-site. The venue also hosts a beer garden, food vendors, and local shops. Spectators may access the festival grounds, vendors, and beer garden without an entry fee. Registration for the run includes a finisher's medal, a string bag, a buff, and a temporary tattoo.
