The 5K Foam Fest - Brisbane 2027
The event is a two day obstacle course fun run held at Sirromet Winery in Mount Cotton, Queensland on February 6 and 7, 2027. The course is approximately five kilometres and includes more than 25 obstacles, an inflatable waterslide, mud pits and large foam zones totalling about 2.5 million cubic feet of foam. All obstacles are optional.
The festival area includes music, food vendors, local stalls and a beer garden. A free kids zone is provided for children six years and under; this area features a mini inflatable obstacle course and a bounce house and requires adult supervision. Spectators have free access to the festival area, vendors and beer garden.
Participant rules and services are specified by the organiser. Entry for participants aged seven and up is permitted; children aged seven to 12 must run with a registered adult, while participants aged 13 to 17 do not require a chaperone but must follow course rules. Event waivers must be signed by the legal guardian for participants under 18. The organiser notes that the course carries risks of injury or death and that waiver acknowledgement is required.
Tickets include items such as a string bag, buff, finisher medal, foam fest tattoo, water stations, shower station, change room access, festival access and a free low resolution finish photo.
