Participant information
Participants ages 7 and up may enter the course. Children aged 7 to 12 must run with a registered adult; participants aged 13 to 17 do not require an adult chaperone but must follow course rules. Children 6 and under cannot run the course but can use the Kids FUN Zone with adult supervision. All participants under 18 require a legal guardian to sign the event waiver. Obstacles are optional and the course may be walked or run at each participant’s own pace. Tickets include items and services such as a string bag, buff, finisher's medal, Foam Fest tattoo, water stations, shower station, change room access, festival area access, kids zone access, and a free low-resolution finish photo.
