Flynn's Beach Run

Flynn's Beach Run is a seaside running event in Port Aransas, Texas, held along the shores of the Gulf of Mexico. The event starts and finishes at Horace Caldwell Pier and includes in-person and virtual options.

Packet pickup and late registration take place Friday, October 23 from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Port Aransas Welcome Center (403 W. Cotter Ave.) or at the event. Day of registration and packet pick-up is available at the event. Registering by October 11, 2026 guarantees a shirt size.

The 5K and 10K races are chip timed and age group awards will be presented. Age group divisions for the 5K and 10K are: 0-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80 and over.

Entry fees prior to race day are: 5K $25, 10K $30, participants 17 and under for 5K or 10K $20, Family Walk/Run (1 mile) $20. Late registration or day of registration carries an additional $10 charge. Proceeds support the Port Aransas Independent School District cross country team and sustainability efforts in Port Aransas.
