Flynn's Beach Run

Flynn's Beach Run is scheduled for Saturday, October 24, 2026, in Port Aransas. The event uses a beachside course that starts and finishes at Horace Caldwell Pier and includes both in person and virtual participation options. A virtual 5K option allows participants to run from any location and receive a race shirt by mail and submit results for comparison with in person runners.

Packet pickup is the day before the race, Friday, October 23, at the Port Aransas Welcome Center (403 W. Cotter Ave.). Day of packet pickup and registration are also offered. The event is chip timed and age group awards are presented; the 5K and 10K use gender and age divisions including 0-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-79, and 80 plus.

Pre race pricing listed by the organizer includes a 5K at $25 and a 10K at $30, with youth pricing of $20 for those 17 and under and a family walk run fee of $20. Late registration or day of entry carries an additional $10 fee.
