Flusslauf Trail Run & Hike
Flusslauf Trail Run & Hike takes place at Hemlock Nature Preserve in Bedford Reservation, Walton Hills, OH. The main route is a wooded trail of roots and singletrack offered as a run, ruck, or hike. The course includes a river crossing approximately 20 inches deep, to about knee height, which is crossed twice; participants should expect to get wet during the crossing.

Event features include live music from a German band, a biergarten and a festival entry that includes one beer ticket and a bierglas. The timed race uses chip timing and provides a custom hat, finisher medal, overall and age group awards with additional prize categories, a bierglas memento, and post‑race refreshments including a brat with meat and vegetarian options.
