Flat Top Mesa Endurance Run - Mesquite, NV

The Flat Top Mesa Endurance Run takes place February 14–15, 2026 in Mesquite, Nevada. The event offers four endurance distances that use a roughly 10 mile counterclockwise trail loop tracked on Garmin Connect. The loop starts and ends at the parking lot at the bottom near a water station.

The loop rises from about 1,903 feet to a peak near 2,333 feet, with a net elevation change of roughly 430 feet per circuit. The first mile is a steep climb, miles 1–5 include steady inclines and rolling hills, and miles 9–10 feature a steep technical descent back to the parking lot. Terrain is predominantly desert trail with packed dirt, rocky sections, and open vistas. An aid station sits near the midpoint of each loop.

Race distances

  • 50 Miler: five 10 mile loops, approximately 50 miles.
  • 100 Miler: ten 10 mile loops, approximately 100 miles.
  • 50K: three 10 mile loops plus a 0.5 mile out and back, approximately 31.1 miles.
  • 100K: two 50K courses, approximately 62.2 miles.

For the 50K and 100K the final distance is completed with a 0.5 mile out and back on a nearby paved bike path.
