The Flamingo Run for Rescues is a fundraising running event set for May 9, 2026 in Jupiter, Florida at Riverbend Park, 9060 Indiantown Road. Logistics and policies
The course route goes through Riverbend Park. An awards ceremony will follow the race with awards for top finishers and age-group placings, plus Flamingo-themed prizes for best group costume and most unique individual costume. Kids 11 and under may participate free with a registered adult; they do not receive the shirt or medal but will receive flamingo-themed swag. Packet pickup is listed as to be determined. Volunteers are sought for the event and high school students can receive community service hours. For safety and liability reasons, strollers and animals are prohibited on the course; access is limited to registered runners and walkers wearing an official race bib. Scooters, bikes, skateboards and similar devices are also not allowed.
