The course is a loop that passes First Baptist Church, Patches Family Creamery, and the Iona community. There is also a short ice cream walk to Patches and back. Online registration closes the Wednesday before race day and race-day registration is available on site using a paper registration form. Entry fees and shirt guarantees are published; for the 5K, children age 12 and under are free with a T-shirt and other age groups have a paid entry with a guaranteed shirt if registered by Oct. 1.
Event amenities include T-shirts for preregistered participants, refreshments, indoor restrooms, on-site parking, a finish-line clock, instant results, and grab bags for all finishers. Awards are given to overall male and female winners and to the top three male and female finishers in each age group: 13 & under, 14-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+. Results are posted on Pretzel City Sports within 1-2 days. The event proceeds support the South Lebanon Volunteer Fire Department.
