Firehawk 5k & 1 Mile
The UT Southern Cross Country program presents the fourth annual Firehawk 5k and 1 Mile run at UT Southern East Campus in Pulaski, TN. Net proceeds will support the UT Southern men and women cross country and track and field programs.
The event includes the following distances:
- 5 km
- 1 Mile
Registration opens February 18, 2026. The 5k registration deadline is August 1, 2026; the 1 Mile registration continues through August 22, 2026. Registration fees listed are $30 for the 5k and $20 for the 1 Mile. Race day registration is noted.
Awards for the 5k include overall male and female, overall masters male and female, and 1st through 3rd place in age groups. Age groups are: 0-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70 and over. All 1 Mile participants receive finisher medals.
T-shirts are guaranteed for registrants. Participants who register after the early registration period may receive their shirt by mail after race day. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
