Event Information

The Firecracker Fast 5K is a running event scheduled for July 4, 2026. It takes place in Little Rock, Arkansas. The run is a point-to-point course that starts at 6150 Kavanaugh Boulevard. It goes through the area, passes the Little Rock Zoo, and finishes on the east side of War Memorial Stadium.

Awards and Perks

Awards are given in several categories. Firecracker trophies are presented to the first 50 male and first 50 female finishers. There are overall and age division awards for men and women. All children 12 years old and under who finish receive a medal. Pre-registered participants are guaranteed a commemorative race shirt.

Logistics

The event is a tradition in Little Rock. Shuttles are available to take participants back to the starting area after the race, but not to the start before the event. The registration fee for the 5K is $30 plus a processing fee. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
