Finglas to Howth Summit 2026
Finglas to Howth Summit is scheduled for July 11, 2026, and is the sixth annual edition held in aid of Finglas Suicide Prevention Network. The event is based in Dublin and offers a single 21.1 km route from Finglas Village to Howth Summit that participants may walk or run.
The route starts at FITT Gym in Finglas Village and finishes in the Summit car park. The full course will be emailed to participants one week before the event. Event proceeds are donated to Finglas Suicide Prevention Network; all profits from the event go to the charity.
In previous years the event raised €13,560, €17,526, €24,800, €30,450 and €31,885 for the charity. The organiser has set a fundraising target of €35,000 for this edition. Finglas Suicide Prevention Network is based in Mellows Court, Finglas West. It is a non governmental support network that provides affordable counselling for a small donation, focuses on improving community mental well being, and aims to support people at risk of suicide by offering life skills alternatives and raising awareness about suicide prevention.
