Fillmore 5K, Cascade
The Fillmore 5K is a 3.1 mile (5K) race held at Fillmore Golf Course in Cascade, Iowa on 09/18/2027. The event is scheduled the Saturday following the local high school cross country meet and uses the same course that the meet uses.
All entry fees are donated to Dubuque County Conservation to support conservation and trail stewardship. The race is organized and hosted by volunteers and friends of Dubuque County Conservation. Timing is provided by Kauder Racing using chip timing.
There is one water station located at approximately mile 1.5. The finish area will provide water, bananas, and chocolate milk. Awards are given to the top three male and female overall finishers, and to the top male and female in each age division. Participants receive a tri blend T shirt.
Parking closest to the start and finish is along Fairway Road. The start and finish are located near the tee box for the third hole on the golf course.
