Fiesta Topeka 5K
The Fiesta Topeka 5K is a community running event held in Topeka at the Oakland Community Center (801 NE Poplar Street) on June 27, 2026. The event celebrates the Capital City's Mexican culture and traditions and is presented as a rain or shine event with no refunds.

- 3.1 Miles for age 10 and under
Awards are given to overall finishers and age groups. Trophies are awarded to first and second overall male and female winners. Medals are awarded to the top three finishers in each age category starting at age 11 and proceeding in five year increments through the over-70 category. Masters age 70 and above receive trophies for first place male and female.
Children age 10 and under participate free of charge but are not eligible for the 5K T-shirt. Children 10 and under must be entered in the separate age 10 and under category. Registration for the main 5K opens April 17 and closes June 13; registration for the age 10 and under category opens April 17 and closes June 26. The main entry fee is $30; the age 10 and under category has no fee.
Paper registration and T-shirt pickup are available at packet pickup on Friday, June 26, at the Oakland Community Center and on event day. Medal pickup is available on event day only and items will not be mailed. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
