Fiesta de Mayo 5k - Battling Cancer Together
The Fiesta de Mayo 5k returns for its fourth annual edition in Saint Louis. Hosted by the organization Battling Together, this walk and run event takes place in Webster Groves. The primary objective of the gathering is to raise funds for Blood Cancer United to support research for Leukemia, Lymphoma, and other forms of blood cancer.
Participants follow a professionally timed course that winds through the streets of downtown Webster Groves. The route starts and ends near West Lockwood Avenue, passing through locations such as Sherwood Drive, Baker Avenue, and North Crofton Avenue. The course is monitored by volunteers and chip-timed by Big River Race Management.

- 5k Run - 16 and Under
Registered participants receive a custom event t-shirt if registered by the designated deadline. Runners aged 16 and under receive youth finisher medals upon completing their event. Following the run, a celebration at the finish line features Kona Ice snow cones and signature margaritas for participants aged 21 and over. Awards are presented to the top overall male and female winners. The event base is located at the Upper Municipal Parking Lot on Allen Avenue.
