Event overview
The Fiesta de Mayo 5K - Battling Cancer Together takes place on Sunday, May 3, 2026, in Webster Groves, Missouri. The event is organized by Battling Together and is the fourth annual running of this 5K walk/run. All proceeds benefit Blood Cancer United (formerly the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society). The race is held at the Webster Groves Upper Municipal Parking Lot, 20 Allen Avenue, with a course that starts and ends on West Lockwood Avenue downtown and follows streets including Sherwood Drive, Baker Avenue, Locksley Place, West Frisco Avenue, West Sheffield Avenue, and North Crofton Avenue.

- 5k : $30 (price increases after April 11, 2026)
- 5k - 16 and Under : $25 (price increases after April 11, 2026)
Registrations include a custom race tee, youth finisher medals for participants aged 16 and under, professional chip timing provided by Big River Race Management, Kona Ice snow cones on site, and a signature margarita available for participants aged 21 and over. The top overall male and female finishers will receive awards. Volunteer roles include course monitoring, setup and check-in, and clean up. Course map is available via the event's MapMyRun route.
