Healthy Heart Hustle 5K
The Healthy Heart Hustle is a community fundraising event at Family Healthcare Center Burchard Hills Clinic, 1010 W. Fairway Drive, Freeport, Illinois. Proceeds support the Cardiopulmonary Department. The event includes a timed 5K run, a 5K walk, and a one mile Victory Lap that is intended for Cardiac Services alumni, children, and families.

Registration opens May 1, 2026. Advance registration through July 3, 2026 carries a fee of $30. Registration on or after July 4 is $40. Youth age 17 and under are charged $15. T-shirt and swag bag are guaranteed for registrations submitted by July 3, 2026. T-shirt and bib pick-up occur on race day at Burchard Hills Clinic.
