Healthy Heart Hustle 5K
The Healthy Heart Hustle 5K is a community sports event held in Freeport, Illinois. The event starts and ends at the Family Healthcare Center - Burchard Hills Clinic on West Fairway Drive. This event serves as a fundraiser to support the Cardiopulmonary Department at FHN.

Individuals who complete their registration by the early July deadline are guaranteed an event T-shirt.
