Event overview
The Feed Stokes 5K is scheduled for March 14, 2026, in King, North Carolina. It is the 16th annual 5K run and walk and benefits local food pantries in Stokes County. All race proceeds are divided between the three Stokes County food pantries. The event place is Central Park Veterans Memorial, 302 Kirby Rd, King, NC 27021. Warm pancakes will be served by the King Rotary Club. The race course has a USATF certificate number NC18007BDS and a course map is provided as a PDF.
Registration, awards and logistics
Adult registration fees are tiered: $40 through 11:59 PM January 1, $45 after January 1, and $50 from March 9 through race day. Youth registration (18 and under) is $25 through race day. Packet pickup is Friday, March 13, 4:00-7:00 PM at Stokes Family YMCA, 105 Moore Rd, King, and race day packet pickup and registration will be at Central Park from 7:15 AM to 7:45 AM. Event parking is at the Veteran's Memorial entrance at 302 Kirby Rd; organizers note some map services may direct to a service entrance that cannot accommodate race traffic.
Awards include male and female top three overall and top three in age groups: 14 & under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70 & over. Team trophies will be given for fastest team, most participants, and largest food donation ("Master of Cans"). This year’s giveaway is Feed Stokes customized ear bands.
