Feed My Starving Children Run
The event is a charity 5K held on September 19, 2026, at Green Bay Community Church in Green Bay/Howard, Wisconsin. The 5K (3.1 miles) course departs from the church parking lot, runs through neighborhoods and scenic areas in Howard, and returns to the church.
The race supports the Green Bay MobilePack for Feed My Starving Children, a Christian non-profit that produces MannaPack Rice for international partners. A large portion of the registration fee is directed to the food program; at 29 cents per meal a $30 registration is equivalent to 103 MannaPack Rice meals. The Green Bay MobilePack will take place the first week of October for its 14th year. The previous year saw 676,512 meals packed over four days by 3,307 volunteers. The local goal for the coming MobilePack is to fund and pack 650,000 meals at an estimated cost of $188,500.
Registration prior to Thursday, August 27 guarantees a shirt and size selection. Registrations after August 27 will have access to a limited number of shirts distributed during timing-bib pickup on Friday evening and Saturday morning while supplies last.
Event weekend amenities and logistics include Friday packet and shirt pickup in the main lobby at the Cardinal Lane entrance, walk-in registration available until 7:15am on Saturday, indoor restrooms, parking guidance for the large lot on Cardinal Lane, live race results streaming and text delivery, raffle items and refreshments, and awards for top male and female finishers in adult and youth categories.
