Feed My Starving Children - Green Bay MobilePack 5K
This event is a charitable 5K held on September 19, 2026 at Green Bay Community Church, 600 Cardinal Lane, Green Bay, Wisconsin. The run covers a 5K distance (about 3.1 miles) on a course that leaves from the church parking lot, passes through neighborhoods and scenic areas in Howard, and returns to the church.
The majority of the race registration fee goes to the Green Bay MobilePack for Feed My Starving Children, a Christian non profit that provides MannaPack Rice meals. A registration fee of $30 is equivalent to 103 meals at the stated cost of 29 cents per meal. The MobilePack will take place during the first week of October for its 14th year. Organizers report that the prior year packed 676,512 meals in four days with 3,307 volunteers. The current MobilePack goal is 650,000 meals at a cost of $188,500. Ten local churches sponsor and plan the MobilePack each year.
Race logistics include race bag and shirt pickup on Friday on the front sidewalk outside the Cardinal Lane entrance from 5:30 to 7:30 pm. Walk in registration is available on the morning of the event until 7:30 am. Indoor bathrooms are available. Parking is recommended in the large lot on Cardinal Lane farthest from the building. The event features music, raffles, refreshments, live streamed results, text result delivery, and prizes for top adult and youth male and female finishers.
