PI Day 5k 2026 : Green Bay
PI Day 5k is an annual community run and walk taking place in Green Bay on March 14, 2026, at 139 South Monroe Avenue. The event is organized by the Leonardo da Vinci School Race Board, a student leadership group of fifth graders who manage sponsorships, route mapping, t-shirt design, runner registration, and race-day duties.
The program includes a public 5k run/walk and a kids sprint called KupKake or CupCake. Packet pick-up is scheduled at the Leonardo da Vinci gymnasium the day before the event, using the door on the Doty Street side, with additional packet pick-up and raffle viewing on race day in the gym. Participants who want a race shirt in a specific size must complete registration by February 20.
All proceeds from the event are donated to Old Glory Honor Flight. Old Glory Honor Flight organizes free day-long trips to honor local veterans and travels with trained volunteers, a medical team, photographers, and escorts to ensure a memorable visit. The PI Day race has supported local charities over the past eleven years, donating more than $220,000 to date.
