PI Day 5k : Green Bay, March 13, 2027
The PI Day 5k-2027 is the 13th annual Pi Day event held in Green Bay at Leonardo da Vinci School, located at 139 S Monroe Ave. The weekend includes a community 5k run/walk, a kids sprint called the KupKake race, and options for family and team entries. Packet pick-up is scheduled on the day before and on race day. T-shirt sizes are guaranteed only for registrations completed by February 20.
All event proceeds support Old Glory Honor Flight. The race has a history of local fundraising; in past years the PI Race has donated more than $220,000 to local charities. The event is organized by a leadership team of fifth graders from Leonardo da Vinci School, who manage sponsorships, marketing, route planning, and race-day logistics.
Raffle tickets are available in multiple price levels, including $1, $5, and $10 options. Raffle purchases are open to participants and non-participants, and winners do not need to be present. After the finish, finishing snacks are provided and raffle prize winners are announced. Pets are not allowed to participate in the race.
