The route follows a safe, quiet course through Camosun College and surrounding trails. Participants may register individually or create a team. The event is stroller and pet friendly, and a pancake breakfast is included with registration.

- Early Bird registration: February 15 to April 20, 2026, $30 per person.
- Regular registration: April 21 to June 21, 2026, $40 per person.
