The Father’s Day Classic takes place on June 21, 2026 in Long Beach, California. The event includes multiple race distances along the beach path and is based at 780 E Shoreline Ave, Long Beach, CA 90808.

The races use out-and-back routes along the beach path. The 5K route is used for the 5K (one lap) and the 10K (two laps). The 10-Mile uses a 5-mile route run twice. The Half Marathon uses the 5-mile route twice plus the 5K route once. The beach path is an open course; runners should keep to the right side for pedestrians while cyclists use the left side. Turns are marked with chalk, runner turn signs, and flags.
Logistics and on-course support
Parking in the lot costs $2 per hour; street parking is free. Half Marathon and 10-Mile participants may use the Passport app to pay for lot parking. A fully stocked water station is located at Belmont Pier. The finish area has an aid station with water, Gatorade, gels, and fruit snacks. First aid kits are available at each station and crew members have CPR training. Race bibs should be worn on the front of the shirt for timing and photo tracking. Gear check is available at the registration tent; participants must bring their own bag. Awards include 1st place medals for the overall male and female in each distance.
