Life Style Sports Fastlane Summer Edition
The Life Style Sports Fastlane Summer Edition is a measured, marshalled road event set along Dublin’s Grand Canal and through Grange Castle Business Park on 16 May 2027. The course is described as flat and fast, run as a loop so 10K runners complete one lap, half marathoners two laps, and 3/4 marathon participants three laps.
Race services include chip timing, a finisher’s medal, finish-line refreshments, a photowall, and a 15% discount at Life Style Sports for participants. The course is wheelchair accessible and supported with water stations and toilets at the start/finish and along the route. Paper cups are used at water stations and bins are provided for disposal.
Event logistics note official parking at Clondalkin/Fonthill Train Station Park & Ride and limited parking at The Mill Shopping Centre, with a 10–15 minute walk from the park & ride to the start area; parking is not permitted in nearby housing estates. A bag drop is provided beside the start/finish and participants must use the tear-off label from their race number; one small waterproof bag only.
Number collection happens during race week and on race morning. Walkers are welcome in the 10K; cut-off times apply for longer distances, with an approximate 3 hours 30 minutes limit for the half marathon and proportionate cut-offs for longer events. Showers or changing facilities are not provided and headphones are permitted provided runners remain alert to marshal and official instructions.
