Life Style Sports Fastlane Summer Edition
The Life Style Sports Fastlane Summer Edition is a measured, flat road race set along Dublin’s Grand Canal and through Grange Castle Business Park. The event features a race village with marshals, chip timing for accurate results, a photowall, finish-line refreshments and a finisher medal.
The course is a 10K loop. Distances offered:
- 10K
- Half marathon (two laps)
- 3/4 marathon (three laps)
The route is fully measured, marshalled, and supported with water stations and toilets. Water is available in paper cups at the 5 km point for all races; additional stations at 10.5 km and 15 km for the half and 3/4 marathon; and at 21.5 km and 26.5 km for the 3/4 marathon. Toilets are at the start/finish and at the 5 km and 15 km water stations. The course is wheelchair accessible.
Bag drop is located beside the start/finish area and accepts one small waterproof bag with the tear-off label from the race number. Number collection takes place during race week at a pre-event location and at the race village on race day. Official parking is provided at The Mill Shopping Centre, Clondalkin Village and at Clondalkin/Fonthill Train Station Park & Ride; parking is not permitted in nearby housing estates. Bike parking is available near the start/finish at owner’s risk.
