About the race
Fastest On The Farm OCR is a short obstacle course race held at Winelands Obstacle Worx, Klein Joostenberg Farm in Muldersvlei, Stellenbosch, Western Cape, South Africa. The main course is a 3 km OCR focused on moving through obstacles and carries as quickly as possible. A separate short sprint of about 100 m runs after the main batches.
The event separates competitive and recreational participants. The Elite batch is for competitive entrants and is eligible for prizes; a Fun category follows for recreational runners. Batches run with roughly 10 people each, and batch times are confirmed in the week before the event. Obstacles and carries operate on a first come, first served basis during each batch. Entry numbers are limited.
Age-based categories cover Youth, Junior, and open-age Elite divisions, with specific categories for males and females. Entry fees vary by category: Elite R300, other adults and juniors R250, youth R150, and the 100 m sprint R100. A 20 percent batch discount applies for groups of 10 or more in the Fun 3 km category.
