URUBU challenge 2026 - 4th edition

FAR-Ouest Trail Crew presents the URUBU Up & Down event held on the Ski Mont Rigaud trails in Rigaud, QC. The format features repeated climbs and descents with positive elevation gain. The event is in person and is listed as suitable for all ages; free parking is available.

Available formats include several distances with specified climb-descent repetitions:

15 km - 10x 1000 m climb-descent
7.5 km - 5x 500 m climb-descent
3 km - 2x 200 m climb-descent
1 km - Petit Urubu, children’s race

Hydration and nutrition aid stations will be provided. Partners include Mont-Rigaud, BRIX, and Zone-Avant Coureur (ZAC). Profits from the event will be donated to the Café de la Débrouille de Rigaud.
