Event amenities include a custom finisher's medal, a custom dri-fit event shirt with an option to decline the shirt for a $5 discount, and pre- and post-race snacks such as granola bars, fruit, water, and sports drink. The 5K is chip timed with real time results and event photos available online and in the mobile app. Male and female age group awards are given to the top three finishers in each listed age group for the 5K distance.
Registration options include online, group/team discounts for registrations of two or more participants, and mail-in registration using the event form to avoid online processing fees. Race management and timing are provided by StartLine Racing. Race policies note that wheelchairs, strollers, and wagons are welcome; roller blades, skateboards, and motorized devices are not allowed. The event is leashed pet friendly, runs rain or shine, and there are no refunds or transfers for weather. Packet pickup is available at Villago Park.
