ASICS Falmouth Road Race
The ASICS Falmouth Road Race is an annual road race in Falmouth, Massachusetts, first held in 1973. The event is organized by a 501(c)3 nonprofit that supports community programs and philanthropic giving. The main course is a seaside distance of seven miles and regularly attracts an international field of Olympians, elite runners, and recreational participants.
The event weekend includes related activities such as a Health & Fitness Expo held at Falmouth High School from August 13 to 15, with indoor and outdoor vendor space. A family-oriented SBLI Family Fun Run for children is scheduled the day before the main race. The organization runs a charity program called Numbers for Nonprofits; to date the ASICS Falmouth Road Race has helped raise over $80.4 million for local causes.
Registration for the 54th running in 2026 follows a two-stage process: an application window for Falmouth residents and taxpayers from May 1 to May 7 that guarantees entry pending verification, and a general application period from May 8 to May 17 that uses a random selection process with limited spots. The race also offers options to participate through charity teams and maintains adaptive-athlete programming and awards such as the Bob Hall Legacy Award.
