ASICS Falmouth Road Race
The Falmouth Road Race began in 1973 and is held annually in Falmouth, Massachusetts. The main event is a seaside 7-mile road race that regularly draws an international field of Olympians, elite competitors, and recreational runners. The organization also offers an At-Home Edition so participants can complete the course experience from their hometown.
The event is organized by a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that reports a mission of promoting health and fitness through community programs and philanthropic giving. Community activities linked to the race include scholarships, grants, a charity-runner program, and other giving-back initiatives.
Event weekend activities listed for 2026 include a Health & Fitness Expo at Falmouth High School from August 13 to 15 and the SBLI Family Fun Run for children on August 15. Vendor applications are open for the Expo; the event notes an estimated 25,000 plus attendees and more than 11,000 runners. Charity-team entries and past race results are maintained as part of the event program.
Application windows noted for 2026 include a Falmouth resident and taxpayer application period from May 1 to May 7, followed by a general application period from May 8 to May 17. The race maintains media and volunteer programs, invited and adaptive athlete categories, and public-facing resources such as past results and course maps.
