Fall Prairie Fire Marathon and Fall Race Series, Wichita KS
The Fall Prairie Fire event series in Wichita includes a marathon, a half marathon, multiple 5K options, and combined back to back entries. Courses run through downtown Wichita, along the Arkansas River, past historic neighborhoods and scenic parks, and finish at Equity Bank Park. Portions of the event course follow the river's edge and urban streets.

Registration for the marathon and half marathon opens on November 1 2025 and closes on January 1 2026. Registration for the Fall 5K and Mayor's Friendly 5K opens on November 1 2025 and closes on June 1 2026. Published entry fees include $90 for the marathon $80 for the half $40 for the 5K and $55 for the Mayor's Friendly 5K. Packet pick up and a vendor expo are scheduled for Saturday October 10 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
