Fall Frolic - Olympia
Fall Frolic is a community running event held in downtown Olympia with start and finish at Heritage Park. Courses run around the lake and include an out-and-back portion. The course is described as flat and fast. Families, strollers, and walkers are welcome.

- 1K Kids Frolic (age 12 and under)
Entry fees for the 5K and 5 Mile are tiered: early registration is $35, late registration $40, and day-of registration $45. Club Oly members receive a $5 discount with a club code. Group discounts apply: $10 off per person for groups of four, and $13 off per person for groups of five or more. Group registrations are not eligible for the member discount. The Kids Frolic (1K) is free and all participating kids receive a ribbon or medal.
Packet pickup is available at Fleet Feet (Saturday) and at a packet pickup tent in Heritage Park (Sunday). Awards are given for the top three overall men, women, and non-binary finishers in both the 5K and 5 Mile, plus top three in each age group. Age groups are 0-9, 10-14, 15-19, then subsequent decades.
