Fall Frolic
Fall Frolic is a community running event in Olympia hosted by Club Oly Road Runners. Races start and finish at Heritage Park and use a largely flat course that circles a lake and includes an out and back section. Families, strollers, and walkers are welcome.

- 5K
- 5 Mile
- 1K kids for ages 12 and under
Entry fees for the 5K and 5 Mile have tiered pricing. Early registration is listed at $35, late registration from September 27 through October 3 is $40, and day of registration is $45. Club Oly members receive a $5 discount with a club code at checkout. Group discounts are available: groups of four receive $10 off per person and groups of five or more receive $13 off per person; group registrations are not eligible for the member discount. The kids 1K is free.
Packet pickup is offered at a Fleet Feet location the day before the event and at a packet tent at Heritage Park on race day. Awards are given for top overall finishers and top age group finishers. Age groups start 0-9, 10-14, 15-19, and continue in ten year increments. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
