Fall Flash of the Palouse

Event overview

The Fall Flash of the Palouse takes place on November 1, 2025, at Mountain View Park in Moscow, ID (2052 W Mountain View Rd). The event offers multiple distances along routes on park trails, paved roads, and gravel roads. Participants are encouraged to wear colorful running apparel. Registration closes on October 31, 2025.

Courses and cost

• 10K - Clockwise loop on paved and gravel roads over rolling hills, leaving from Mountain View Park, out Mountain View Road to West Twin, Herington, and Moscow Mountain Road, then returning to Mountain View Road to finish. Expect hills on Herington.
• 5K - Flat out-and-back on paved roads using part of the 10K course; turnaround is at West Twin Road.
• 1K Kids Fun Run - Out-and-back on the park trail system.
