Fall Flash 10K & 5K Fun Run
The Fall Flash is a running event in the Palouse countryside based at Mountain View Park in Moscow, ID, held on November 7, 2026. The event includes a timed 10K race, a timed 5K fun run with no winners announced, and a 1K kids run.
- 10K: Timed loop on paved and gravel roads; rolling hills.
- 5K: Timed fun run; flat and fast on paved roads.
- 1K kids run: Flat, out and back on trail.
The 10K course is a clockwise loop leaving from Mountain View Park, proceeding on Mt. View Road to W. Twin, then Herington and Moscow Mt. Road, and reconnecting with Mt. View Road to finish; participants should expect hills on Herington. The 5K follows an out-and-back on the 10K course with the turnaround at W. Twin Road. The kids run is a short out-and-back on trail.
The 10K awards winners in men's and women's open and masters categories. Course records for the 10K are 36:02 (women, 2018) and 31:51 (men, 2017). Registration is closed. Results for past years are listed for multiple editions. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
