Faithful 5K in Greenbrier, AR
The Faithful 5K is scheduled for August 15, 2026 in Greenbrier, Arkansas. The event centers on a 5K (3.1 miles) course that begins at Matthews Park and continues through the neighborhood behind the park. Parking is planned at the front of the park near the playground and splash pad, and restroom facilities at the park will be available on event day. Vendors and sponsors will be located along the walking path that leads to the start and finish area beside the dog park.
There are multiple participation options. In person registrants can join the local Faithful Fitness crew at Matthews Park; shirts and finisher medals are included with those registrations. A family entry option covers up to eight family members or teammates; larger groups can be registered using a second team captain so entries are grouped together. Children nine and under may participate free when accompanied within arm's reach by a parent or guardian; unregistered participants will not be timed or receive a medal and shirts will not be sold on site.
A virtual option allows participants to complete the same distance from any location using the Runkeeper app and submit GPS proof of their finish. A portion of registration, sponsorship, and vendor fees will support THREE18, a local nonprofit focused on sports, medicine, service, and discipleship.
