The 5K is chip timed and held on paved surfaces. Awards are given to top overall and age group finishers for the 5K. The 1 Mile event is an untimed walk with no awards. The Kid's Dash is free for children age 9 and under and includes a participation medal; parents may purchase a commemorative shirt for a child for an additional $10.
Event registration fees listed by the organizer are $25 for the 5K, $20 for the 1 Mile, and no fee for the Kid's Dash and volunteer roles. Dogs on leash and strollers are welcomed on course. Free race photos and commemorative race shirts are provided for 5K and 1 Mile registrants.
