Route and event features
The 5K course is described as flat and fast through downtown London and Veteran's Memorial Park. The route starts and finishes at the London Farmer's Market and includes loops on Whitley Street and S Dixie Street, entry through Veteran's Park, and a water stop near the park that participants pass twice. Packet pickup dates, times and locations are to be announced.
Awards and charity
Awards are given to the top three male and female overall finishers and top three male and female finishers in five-year age groups from 0-9 through 70+. All event proceeds will benefit a Baptist Health cancer fund. In-person registration for the 5K Run/Walk or 1 Mile Walk includes a $20 gift/gaming card to The Palace Family Entertainment Center.
