The event features multiple options for participation, including chip-timed running and non-competitive walking. Participants are encouraged to wear pink to show their support for the cause.

The course is located in downtown London and passes through the Veteran's Memorial Park. The route is described as flat and fast.

Distances and Categories

The event includes the following distances:

  • 3.1 Miles: A chip-timed 5K run or walk.
  • 1 Mile: An untimed fun walk without specific awards.
  • 400 Yards: A free, untimed dash for children aged 9 and under.
  • 3.1 Miles (Virtual): An option to complete the distance at a different location.

Participant Information

For the 3.1 Miles run, awards are provided to the top three male and female finishers overall, as well as the top three finishers in five-year age groups. This distance also permits the use of strollers and allows dogs on fixed-length leashes.

Registered participants for the timed event receive a commemorative t-shirt and a gaming card while supplies last.
