Dash For A Cure - London, Kentucky
Dash For A Cure is the fourth annual event held at the London Farmer's Market in London, Kentucky on Sunday, October 18, 2026. The event supports Breast Cancer Awareness and the Karlyle Keith Young Cancer Fund. Participants are encouraged to wear pink to support the cause.
The program includes multiple in-person and virtual distances and family-friendly activities. The 5K is chip timed on a described flat, fast course that passes through downtown London and Veteran's Memorial Park. Awards are presented to the top three male and female overall finishers and to the top three in five-year age groups from 0-9 up to 70+. Commemorative race T-shirts are provided while supplies last. Free race photos, DJ music, post-race food, and social team competition are listed among event features. A Best Dressed PINK OUT prize is noted for themed attire.
Packet pickup dates, times and locations are to be announced. Sponsorship opportunities are available. The event also offers a virtual participation option for those running or walking remotely and a free kids dash for children age nine and under; participating children receive a medal.
