Exit Glacier 5 km and 10 km races, Seward, Alaska
Seward Parks & Recreation is the organizer of a running event held on May 16, 2026 in Seward, Alaska, meeting at Resurrection Roadhouse on Herman Leirer Road. Racers are shuttled from Resurrection Roadhouse to the start lines and the course follows an out and back route that finishes at Resurrection Roadhouse.
Distances offered:
- 5 km race, registration fee $25
- 10 km race, registration fee $35
- 5 km youth race, registration fee $20
- 10 km youth race, registration fee $30
Adult registration opens January 22, 2026. Youth registration opens March 4, 2026. Registration closes May 16, 2026.
All registrants receive an Exit Glacier neck gaiter. Registrants who register by April 4 receive a custom 2026 Exit Glacier T-shirt.
Two bib pick up options are provided: Friday at the AVTEC gym at 519 4th Ave, Seward, AK, and Saturday at the Resurrection Roadhouse parking lot at Mile 0.5 / 31752 Herman Leirer Rd.
