Excelsior Brewing 5K and 10K Fun Run

The Minnesota Brewery Running Series organizes a community fun run at Excelsior Brewing Company in Excelsior, MN on Sunday, June 7, 2026. Participants may choose between a 5K-ish or 10K-ish course. Both routes are clearly marked and begin and end at the brewery. Course maps, parking details, and final event information are emailed the week of the run.

Registration includes one craft beverage from Excelsior Brewing Company with nonalcoholic options available, a collector’s pint glass or Brewery Running Series swag, and access to the post-run celebration at the brewery. A portion of event proceeds supports local nonprofits; the organizer reports over $700,000 raised for Minnesota communities to date.

The run is untimed and uses public roads and paths; participants must obey traffic laws and remain aware of surroundings. ID is required to consume alcoholic beverages; participants under 21 receive a token for a nonalcoholic beverage. The event proceeds in all weather conditions and registration is capped to limit entries.
