Transfers are accepted up to 21 June via the event Manage Entry process. Entries are sold on a no refund basis. The race is held under UK Athletics rules and race numbers include a chip timing strip.
Venue facilities include refreshments, information, toilets, bag storage, free car parking, pre/post race massage, and t-shirt collection. All finishers receive a commemorative medal. Each runner receives free entry to Exbury Gardens after the race. An optional two-colour lightweight tech t-shirt is available for an additional £5.50 in sizes XS to XXL if ordered by the end of May.
