Every Moment Counts Run&Walk 5K, 10K, 15K
Every Moment Counts is a non‑competitive run and walk event in Tulsa benefiting Clarehouse. The course setup includes three different 5K routes that start and finish at the same location, and participants may complete one or multiple routes to make 5K, 10K, or 15K totals. The event uses a staggered start and is not a timed race.
Participants receive a butterfly shoe charm for each 5K completed. A live butterfly release is available for people who register before May 13. Age-specific options are offered: an adult division, a youth division for ages 7 to 16, and a Caterpillar Crawl for children age 6 and under; children under 6 have no registration fee for the listed events.
