Every Moment Counts Run&Walk 5K, 10K, 15K benefiting Clarehouse
This event offers running and walking options on multiple routes in Tulsa, Oklahoma. There are three different 5K courses that begin and end at the same location, and participants may complete one or more routes to cover longer distances. The event is untimed and uses a staggered start.

For each 5K completed, participants receive a butterfly shoe charm. A live butterfly release is available to people who register before May 13. The event includes a youth category for ages 7 to 16 and a Caterpillar Crawl for children age 6 and under; children under six are free for all events. The Caterpillar Crawl is walking only and may include a stroll around the park and a stop at the playground.
