Eventyrløbet : Odense, Tusindårsskoven
Eventyrløbet is an annual running event organised by OGF (Odense Gymnastik Forening) and held in Tusindårsskoven in Odense. The 47th edition took place in May 2026 and gathered about 7,000 participants. The event includes multiple distances and a dedicated children's run that in 2026 attracted nearly 1,300 children who experienced themed stations and costumed characters such as Star Wars figures, trolls, fencers and dancers.
The race day combines running on forest routes with an activities area on the main event square, where participants were met by a staged appearance of a king and a live show by Hr. Skæg. Organisers published photos from the event and maintained communication through social media channels. Event logistics for 2026 included a tent plan and a grill tent with a table layout sent to participating companies.
Participating groups in 2026 included schools and companies; the largest school counted 177 participants and the largest company registered 213 participants.
