Eungella King & Queen of the Mountain 2026
Eungella King & Queen of the Mountain is scheduled for Sunday 26th July 2026 in Netherdale, QLD, Australia. The race starts in Netherdale and finishes on top of the mountain on the grass in front of the Chalet. In-person registration on the day is not available; participants must register online prior to 6pm on Saturday 25th July.
Two distances are offered:
- 6.4km - A$10 per person
- 2.6km - A$5 per person
The 6.4km event doubles as the senior club championship and the 2.6km doubles as the junior club championship. Current course records for the 6.4km distance are 27 minutes 51 seconds for males (1991) and 34 minutes 55 seconds for females (1991).
Presentations and a random draw will be held at the Eungella Chalet. Breakfast and drinks will be available for purchase at the Chalet. Prizes include a A$100 first place award for senior male and female and additional cash prizes for other senior and junior placings; the junior 2.6km also awards an inspirational trophy for first place.
