ESTRS Lebanon 7 Mile
The ESTRS Lebanon 7 Mile is a weeknight trail race held at Lebanon Hills Regional Park in Eagan, Minnesota. It is a single 7 mile loop on a mix of single-track and double-track trail that covers most of the park. The course has about 430 feet of elevation gain, roughly 61 feet per mile.
The route is marked with orange pin flags that will normally be on the left side of the trail; flags may be on both sides where there is two way traffic. There is a water stop approximately 5 kilometers into the race and cups are provided at water stops for races over 5 km. The event is chip timed and race numbers with timing chips must be worn visibly on the front of clothing as provided.
Event logistics include on-site parking adjacent to the trailhead and additional parking at Chapel Hill Church about one quarter mile north of the Jensen Lake Trailhead. The field limit is 425 runners and registration opens on January 1, 2026. Entry fee is $30 plus the registration provider fee. Entry fees are not refundable and registrations are not transferable; no waiting list will be kept once a distance sells out.
The race is part of the Endless Summer Trail Run Series organized by local trail running groups. Post-race refreshments and a small giveaway are included. Headphones are allowed at low volume and dogs may attend as supervised spectators on leash. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
