Equalizer 5K
The Equalizer 5K takes place on July 18, 2026, at Mohawk Park Shelter #3 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The event is a single 5K running race organized by the Tulsa Running Club.
The race uses staggered starts for every age and gender group. Start order and offsets are calculated from the state 5K records for each group, and the exact sequence will be set after all registrations, including race day entries, are complete. The event records finish order rather than providing electronic chip timing; a running clock will be available.
Awards are given to the first ten individuals across the finish line. Entrants receive TRC logo running crew socks. A water station is provided at approximately the halfway point of the course.
Packet pickup is scheduled at REI, 6939 S. Elwood Ave, Tulsa, OK 74132 on July 16 and July 17 from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM. Race day packet pickup is available on site for those registering the day of the event.
Pre-race registration is priced at $25 through June 30, 2026, with a price increase to $35 effective July 1, 2026. Race day registration is $35. Tulsa Running Club members are eligible for a half price discount applied at checkout. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
