ESB Engineering 4 Mile Scholarship Run
The ESB Engineering 4 Mile Scholarship Run takes place in Beaver Island State Park on Grand Island. The event is a certified 4-mile race.
Proceeds support scholarships for University at Buffalo and Buffalo State students, with funds remaining locally. The event is organized entirely by volunteers.
Pre-registration costs $25, while race day registration costs $30. Western New York running club members can register for $22 by using a special code or mail-in form. Registration and packet pickup occur on race day from 5:30 p.m.
Trophies are awarded to the top male and female winners, with additional age group categories. A post-race party offers food and complimentary beer for runners. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
