Event Overview
Endless Summer is a running event described as a "running fest, and lake party" taking place in Birmingham, Alabama. Participants choose a time duration to complete as many loops as possible on a course around Catfish Lake.

The course is a one-mile loop around Catfish Lake. The loop is on a dirt and gravel road with a brief grass section and has approximately 120 feet of elevation change per loop.
Event Atmosphere and Amenities
The start and finish area is described as having a continuous atmosphere with food, music, and summer themes. Amenities for cooling off include access to the lake, a misting tent, and a slip 'n' slide. The location offers views of a summit lake and mountains.
A "Hang Pass" is available for non-runners, which includes access to food and drinks. Spectators are welcome without a pass.
Participant Perks and Awards
Registered runners receive a tank top and a sticker. Awards are given to the top three male and female participants with the furthest distance in each timed duration, provided they start at the official time. A special buckle is planned for runners who complete 100 miles or more. Award ceremonies are held after each duration ends.
Logistics
Parking is at the Belcher Tract parking lot, requiring a 0.8-mile walk or jog to the start/finish; shuttle service via golf carts or ATVs may be available. Limited tent camping is permitted in designated 10'x10' spaces. A constant aid station will be available, with scheduled meal service for breakfast, lunch, and dinner over the two days.
